Dr. Shivani Bhatt Charitable Foundation (SBCF) was established in the loving memory of late Dr. Shivani Bhatt. It was her dream that “No Child of my country should remain uneducated”. In order to fulfill her dream, SBCF started “SHIVANI MOBILE SCHOOL (SMS)”. This project was launched on 18th June 2022 in the presence of respected dignitaries like Sant Bhagwant Sahebji of Anoopam Mission, Mogri-Anand, Shree Miteshbhai Patel (Member of Parliament, Anand), Shree Ganesdasji Maharaj, Shree Asanganandji Saraswati, Shree Adi Guru Dasji & Shree Ketanbhai Patel.
It is a specially designed bus which will go to the doorstep of underprivileged children to provide formal education to them. There are many underprivileged children who are not able to attend the government aided schools due to various logistics and social problems. The SMS will help such children, and in the process, if some children are found to be sincere and hardworking, SBCF will get them admitted to a regular school and will take care of all their educational expenses.
The Bus has a smart classroom within itself. There is a white Board for regular teaching, Audio Video system has been installed in the bus for smart teaching. Food & drinks will be provided to the children and a system of waste disposal is also there in the bus.
Various entertaining games and charts are placed in the bus. If a situation warrants a big number of students to be accommodated, a foldable shack is fitted in the bus which can be opened up and a big covered area can be provided. For night teachings, the bus is equipped with flood lights and a generator set.
The teachers of SMS are extremely dedicated and professionally qualified too. They are voluntarily willing to carry out this benevolent work
