SHIVANI HEMANT BHATT……. An image of beauty, talent, intelligence, humility & warmth. Shivani was the proud daughter of Dr. Hemant Bhatt & Mrs. Bindiya Bhatt. A brilliant girl all throughout her school days.
After her initial schooling, she took admission in medical school at V S Medical College, Ahmedabad. She remained University ranker throughout her MBBS curriculum. As she was keen to pursue her Masters in USA, she started preparing for USMLE in her 3rd year of MBBS itself. She graduated with 5 gold medals from Gujarat University and meanwhile had completed all her formalities and exams needed to pursue her Masters in USA. She had a brilliant score and a very promising CV while she applied to the erstwhile Medical Schools of USA for Masters. She received invites for interviews from around 20 colleges. As she had scored very well in USMLE, many students looked up to her for guidance which she very cheerfully provided.
Shivani – a sensitive and emotional child was the light and cheer of her home. She loved her brother and parents dearly and loved to spring surprises on them.Not a single birthday has passed without Shivani planning a surprise for her family members.
She was very talented and also performed her Arangetram in Bharatnatyam at the young age of 15 years.She was an avid reader and a brilliant painter. She was good at all forms of paintings like oil painting, making murals, calligraphy, pencil sketches etc. and she had dreamt to hold their exhibition too.
She always dreamt of a fully literate and healthy India. She wanted to serve her country after completion of her studies. She had a very pious and empathetic heart and was ready to help anyone anytime.
She left for USA on 16th October 2019 with great dreams and aspirations to achieve and do her best. But Man proposes and God disposes. On the fateful night of 31st October 2019, after a pre interview dinner at Youngstown, Ohio, she met with an accident and left for her heavenly abode leaving many in grief and shock.
